Terms of Service

Last updated: September 7, 2026 · Walletta, Inc., a Delaware corporation

These terms govern your use of Cashier Crew. Please read section 4 carefully — it explains that your subscription renews automatically, and exactly how to cancel it.

Automatic renewal — please read

Your subscription continues automatically until you cancel. After your first month, it renews every month at the rate shown at signup and your payment method is charged automatically on the renewal date.

You may cancel at any time, online, in two clicks — from your dashboard under Billing, or by emailing billing@cashiercrew.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and there is no cancellation fee.

We will email you before each renewal with the amount, the date and a direct cancellation link.

1. Who we are and what this is

Cashier Crew is operated by Walletta, Inc., a Delaware corporation. By reserving a terminal, creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of your business.

2. The reservation deposit

3. Pricing

ItemRate
Self-checkout subscription, hardware purchased$99 per month, per terminal
Self-checkout subscription, hardware leased$198 per month, per terminal
AI video employee$0.25 per active AI-minute. $0 while idle.
AI video employee with partner advertising enabled$0.15 per active AI-minute
Hardware, purchased outright$1,500 at signing, including setup and tax
Hardware, leased$200 setup, then included in the $198 monthly rate

An active AI-minute is a minute during which the AI is engaged with a customer. Idle time is not billed. Active minutes are metered and itemised on every invoice.

Your founding rate is locked for as long as your subscription remains continuously active.

4. Automatic renewal and cancellation

4.1 How renewal works

Subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically on the same day each month until cancelled. The charge is the subscription rate plus any active AI-minutes used in the prior period. There is no minimum term and no lock-in.

4.2 Consent

You agree to these automatic renewal terms when you complete signup, where they are presented to you before payment. We will send you an acknowledgement by email containing the terms, the renewal date, the amount and how to cancel.

4.3 How to cancel

You can cancel online, without calling anyone and without speaking to a retention agent:

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until then. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

4.4 Reminders

We email a renewal notice before each charge, including the amount, the date and a one-click cancellation link.

5. Ninety-day money-back guarantee

If within ninety days of going live the terminal has not saved you money, tell us and we will refund the subscription fees you have paid. Leased hardware is returned; purchased hardware remains yours.

6. Hardware

7. Your responsibilities as a merchant

These matter, because the terminal speaks to your customers.

8. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell or sublicense the service, interfere with its operation, or use it to break the law. We may suspend an account that does.

9. Data

Your merchant data is yours. You can export or delete it at any time. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Service availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. The terminal keeps a local cache and queues transactions so orders continue during a network outage, and your staff can take over at any moment.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Except as expressly stated, the service is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Walletta's total liability arising from these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced to merchants by email at least thirty days in advance, and price changes never apply to a billing period already paid for.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. The courts of California have jurisdiction.
