Cashier Crew
The offer

A full self-checkout with an employee inside.

It takes the order in your guest’s language, catches every modifier, suggests the add-on on every order and sends it to your kitchen. Add the AI cashier and it does the same by voice.

Setup, once
$200

Per location. We install it, build your menu in and photograph your dishes. Refundable until we install.

Every month
$99/mo

A screen, from the day we install, with an add-on suggested on every order.

AI cashier
$0

For 14 days every year, whenever you switch it on. Then $0.25 a minute, only while she’s serving a guest: about 19¢ an order. $0 when nobody is at the counter.

Your own iPad $0Our iPad Pro from $699Or lease the bundle +$99/mo

That is the whole offer. Sales tax and state recycling fees, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay.

$172,980

A year, on one counter.

The $120,000 counter job you stop re-hiring, and about $52,980 the screen puts back in. Check both against your own payroll and your own tickets.

What changes at your counter.

Nobody is rushed.

As many orders at once as there are screens.

42 languages.

Every guest orders in their own. Allergy questions go to your staff.

The add-on, every ticket.

Asked on every order, even on the worst shift of the week.

Keep your team.

They move to food, floor and regulars.

What $99 a month gets you.

  • Touch ordering on your menu, in the guest’s language. Every modifier: no onion, double cheese, sauce on the side.
  • One add-on on every order, picked for that order, never forgotten on a busy shift.
  • Orders go to your kitchen, to a printer or a kitchen screen.
  • Owner stats. Sales, add-ons taken and best sellers, every day, every location.
  • 86 a dish in one tap. It disappears from the menu at once.
  • Your staff takes over mid-order with one tap, nothing lost.
  • No tip screen unless you want one. It's off; one switch turns it on, with "No tip" always one tap.
  • Card payments on the screen through Square, this quarter. Until then, guests pay at your till.
  • Works next to your Square, Toast or Clover till. Zero migration.

How it goes.

01

Build your counter. $200, once.

Within 14 days we install it, build your menu in, photograph your dishes and stay until the first real order goes through. Refundable in full until we come out.

02

Go live. $99 a month a screen.

Your monthly plan starts the day you go live. Add the AI cashier any day from the owner screen; 14 days of it are free every year.

What protects you.

Refundable until we install.

The setup fee and any equipment come back in full if you change your mind before installation. One message, no questions.

Ninety days to be sure.

For ninety days after you go live, send the equipment back and the subscription, the setup fee and the equipment price come back. We pay the shipping. Used AI minutes are the one thing we don’t refund.

Cancel with one email.

Any time, no fee, confirmed within one business day. We email you before every renewal.

Nothing monthly until you’re live.

Your $99 a month starts the day your counter goes in, not the day you order. Payments run through Stripe; we never touch your card number.

Try it before you decide anything. Open cashiercrew.com/kiosk on your own phone and order something. That is the browser demo; the one on your counter runs full-screen on an iPad, faster, on your menu with your prices.

Open the demo

Your card processing stays where it is.

The screen takes the order; your processor still takes the money. You stay the merchant of record at the rates you already have. Square first, Toast and Clover next; none of them is a blocker to putting it on your counter.

Nothing to sign today.

The published terms are the agreement: you accept them at checkout and Stripe records it. At install, a one-page schedule records your address, screens and menu. It doesn’t change the deal.
